Delivery Policy

Deliveries will be made on working days by the carriers at the address you want, 24 hours after your order:

Normal Service (Continental Portugal): deliveries until 18h.

Stock Breaks

Without compromise or binding, in the event of a stock breach, the user may be contacted by Netnatura Lda to be informed of the expected delivery of the intended products. The user may also request replacement for similar products in stock.

Free deliveries

Netnatura Lda offers all users free deliveries in Continental Portugal on business days on orders whose total value exceeds € 60.00.

If your order does not exceed this amount, Netnatura Lda will charge you an additional fee according to the following table (here).

Return Policies

If the product is defective, damaged or not able to use it, it can be returned with an invoice or cash sale within a maximum period of 14 days.

Payment methods

Payments can be made by:

Refunded Payment: The payment must be made by check addressed to Netnatura, Lda and delivered at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Transfer: Payment must be made by bank transfer
