Nationals

The shipments of the site are made to the entire national territory through several carriers

After confirmation of payment, we do everything possible to ship the order on the same day or the next business day (excluding weekends, promotional periods, national holidays in our country and unexpected overtime). However, although we keep 95% of our catalog in stock, certain products are obtained directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor, which can delay your order. If this is the case for your order, you will receive this information by email. Please note that if an order is placed after 1pm on Friday, it will probably not be dispatched until Monday / Tuesday of the following week.

If there is any problem regarding the order (delay in shipping, incorrect delivery address, product specification, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer via email. The order will not be shipped until we receive a response or until the defined waiting time has elapsed. If no response is received, the order will be canceled and payment will be refunded to the customer.

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the delivery address indicated on the order form, and the signature of the recipient is collected at home.

The Vivasaudavel website cannot be held responsible if the delivery address has been incorrectly filled out or corrected after shipping.

Nationals - Islands

Shipments from the Vivasaudavel website to the Islands of Madeira and the Azores will always be made by CTT.

Shipments from the Vivasaudavel website to Europe will be made by one of the carriers we have an agreement with, varying the carrier depending on the location and dimensions of the packages.
